Royal Society of Chemistry: Inspiring Young Chemists
Funding is available for inspirational chemical projects to encourage and motivate younger pupils (P6 – S2) to think about taking chemistry at National 5 and beyond, when they reach that stage.
The first Super Duper Science Fair took place on Friday 3rd May in Glasgow City Chambers with over 20 teams attending to showcase their science projects.
For the last 3 years Glasgow City Council and Jacobs Engineering have partnered up to create an engineering and sustainable development challenge for primary and secondary schools across Glasgow.
On the 21st and 22nd of November at Glasgow Science Centre, STEM Glasgow hosted their annual STEM employability event with the aim to highlight STEM careers/pathways for secondary pupils.
Glasgow's prestigious City Chambers was the venue for the STEM Glasgow Showcase, which saw 20 practitioners and partners display and share all the great work they do.
Last month Glasgow City Council held a city wide conference to celebrate and showcase the innovative STEM and digital work taking place across the city.
